2008 Greater Holyoke YMCA Viking Swim Team Summer Registration & Program Info

Registration for all swimmers wishing to swim on the 2008 Summer Swim Team will begin on Monday, April 14, 2008.  Families registering for the Winter Season must complete the following in order to begin the season:

• Attend a Parent Orientation Meeting, which be held after the completion of registration the week of May 5, 2008.  Dates will be announced the week of April 28th, which will be the first week of practice.

• Fill out the following forms IN FULL and return to the Front Desk at the time you register (forms are in PDF format for download):

  • 2008 Summer Registration Form

  • 2008 Summer Health Form

  • Parent Ethics Form (requires both parents signature)

  • Viking Swimmer Code of Conduct (requires both parent and swimmer signature)

• At registration, all financial arrangements must be made for the entire season including USA Registration  If you are applying for Financial Scholarships, this must  completed before registration (see Head Coach).

Swimmers must be registered BEFORE they can begin training for the season.  All forms and initial payments must be made at the YMCA Front Desk.  If you have any questions regarding the program or registration, please call Randy Smith, Head Coach, at 413.534.5631x102 or email him at rsmith@holyokeymca.org.
