2011 - 2012 Winter Greater Holyoke YMCA Viking Swim Team Registration & Program Info

Registration for all swimmers wishing to swim on the Summer Swim Team will begin Monday, August 22, 2011
All families should send an Adult Family Representative to the Winter Family Orientation Meeting which be held at the YMCA.Please come to this meeting. Swimmers need not attend.
Meetings will be held on the following days and times:
Saturday, September 3rd - Families with Senior or Senior Select Swimmers - 10:30 to 11:30 AM
Saturday, September 10th - Families with 8 and Under Swimmers - 10:30 to 11:30 AM
Saturday, September 10th - Families with Junior to Junior Select Swimmers - 11:30 to 12:30 PM
Sunday, September 11th - Families with Senior or Senior Select Swimmers - 11:00 to 12:00 PM
Saturday, September 17th - Open to any family missing the initially scheduled meetings - 10:30 to 11:30 AM
The following forms MUST be filled out and returned to the Front Desk at the time of registration. All payments must be made in full or placed on automatic draft through a checking account, saving account or credit card. Registration can only be made in person at the YMCA Front Desk. Online registration is not accepted for this program is not available.

At registration, all financial arrangements must be made for the entire season including USA Registration If you are applying for Financial Scholarships, please pick-up an application at the YMCA Welcome Desk.

Swimmers must be registered BEFORE they can begin training for the season. All forms and initial payments must be made at the YMCA Front Desk with Randy Smith. If you have any questions regarding the program or registration,
